Head of Community - Country Leader Role Overview
Role Objective:
As the Head of The Bitchcoin Community in your Country, you will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and brand loyalty for Bitchcoin IRL and online by establishing and supporting a team of Local Community Builders (LCBs). Your core focus will be on empowering these builders with the tools, knowledge, and motivation they need to establish vibrant, localized communities that reflect the values and energy of Bitchcoin. This is a foundational role designed for ambitious community leaders with existing personal networks, interested in mentorship, crypto education, and career growth within a dynamic, global community.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and Coach Local Community Builders (LCBs):
2. Identify, onboard, and train passionate, self-motivated individuals who can drive localized community growth.
Set up local growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and guidance to help LCBs meet and exceed their goals.
Organize monthly check-ins, brainstorming sessions, and training for LCBs to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
Develop and Execute Community Engagement Strategies:
Collaborate with our central team to tailor campaigns, events, and engagement activities that resonate with the [Country] community.
Work with LCBs to run creative, grassroots marketing efforts, from meetups and workshops to online engagement, that spark local interest and grow our user base.
Build and Maintain a Positive Community Culture: Ensure that all community initiatives align with Bitchcoin’s values, creating an inclusive, open, and engaging culture.
Act as a primary point of contact and role model for LCBs, helping resolve conflicts and fostering an environment of learning and respect.
Requirements
Passionate Community Leader: You have previous experience in community building, marketing, or similar roles and are deeply excited about fostering communities.
Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Enthusiasm: Prior knowledge is not mandatory, but a willingness to dive into, actively study and understand the crypto world is essential.
Excellent Communication Skills: You excel at motivating and leading teams, conveying ideas clearly, and adapting messages for different audiences.
Self-Starter with Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to think on your feet, work independently, and approach challenges creatively.

As a Head of Community, you’ll be able to accumulate points for various achievements. Points determine your rank, rewards, and eligibility for further roles within the organization.
Here’s how it works:
Onboarding New LCBs: +50 points per new LCB successfully onboarded
Monthly Community Health Score: +25 points for achieving above 80% engagement
Event/Initiative Impact: +10 points for each local event/initiative that meets attendance/engagement goals
Creative Campaign Success: +20 points for any campaign that meets/exceeds a defined growth target
Monthly Check-in Completion: +5 points per LCB for conducting and documenting progress reviews

Level 1 (0-100 points): Community Builder Certification, LinkedIn Badge
Level 2 (100-250 points): Access to monthly mentorship from top crypto experts, opportunity to pitch one growth idea for funding
